This is my second entry, large quilt category, in the Spring Bloggers Festival!
I also have a mini entered :)
Meet "Happy Mail"!
Adapted from a pattern by Jeni Baker of In Color Order
I love the fabrics...just a bunch of favorites that threw themselves together,
more about that here.
For this entry, I went to the yard for a handful of fresh photos :)
with my "pet" sage :) |
Everything is so clear and vibrant this morning after 2 days of rain!
I especially like this one, taken against the wall of our new straw bale building :)
Good ol' straight-line, zig-zag quilting
I simply swoon over the Lotta Jansdotter fabric on the back,
Olavi, in "rosey cheeks" from the Glimma collection.

I love this happy quilt and your great photos!!
What a lovely quilt, the colours look great against the green backdrop!
This page opened and so did my mouth (in awe). I haven't had that reaction before. This quilt just sings for me. (They are good photos too - your quilt handler does a great job - nice and straight.) Great job on this very pretty quilt.
Sarah, what a great entry! I so love the name of that quilt and the happy and bright fabrics you used suit it perfectly. Love that zigzag quilting you did too!
A lovely quilt and fabulous photos!
I love the mail, it never fails, it makes me want to wag my tail! Or at least that's how I remember it from Blue's Clues. Perfect title for such a fun, happy quilt!
