Friedlander that is! Doe and Carkai, to be exact!
When Missouri Star Quilt Co recently had Doe charm packs on sale for $5, I made the immediate decision to make my Doodle into a quilt.
I bought 3 charm packs of Doe, and 2 of Carkai.
And commenced the pairing of the charms and the making of my beloved HSTs!
I may be a little late to the Carolyn Friedlander party, but I made it...better late than never!
Linking my current Carolyn/HST crush with Beth@Cooking Up Quilts and Main Crush Monday!

Great fabrics and they look so wonderful in the hsts.
I'm a HUGE fan of CF. it doesn't matter that you're "late to the party" Sarah - you made it! LOL Your HST quilt will be gorgeous in those fabrics. Looking forward to seeing it. :)
She is pretty genius, I agree. I really like that her fabrics are a little more male than female, but the colors appeal to me a lot, too. Great quilt, too.
Your stack of HST's look fabulous! They are certainly a lot of work, but so worth it. Looking forward to seeing them all laid out!
Great idea for your fabrics! I love a HST quilt, either with a scattered value look or more controlled, can't go wrong really!
This is going to be such a fun quilt!! Lucky you finding those charm packs for $5, thats a super bargain. Carolyn is coming to Australian in a few weeks!! I've got my tickets to see her talk, yay!
Such a tease...So we can see the fabrics but just a sliver. you show the blocks - but only a glimpse. Anxiously looking forward to more blocks, the finished top and a quilt soon, I hope.
Hugs,
Preeti.
I love Carolyn Friedlander fabrics and they look great in your HST!
